Questions, answered.
Is OA NFC Studio free?
Yes. Writing, reading and Editable NFC Links are free, with no sign-up.
Can I write NFC tags with an iPhone?
iPhones read NFC website tags by themselves, but Safari cannot write NFC tags. Make your link here, copy it, and write it with a free app such as NFC Tools. You can still change an Editable NFC Link from your iPhone at any time.
Which NFC stickers should I buy?
NTAG213 stickers are the most common and hold a normal website link. Choose NTAG215 or NTAG216 for contact cards or longer content. For metal surfaces, buy anti-metal NFC tags.
Which USB NFC writers work?
The ACS ACR1552U and ACR1252U on Windows 10 and 11, with the free OA NFC Connector. Other readers are shown as not tested, and reader-only devices cannot write.
Can I change the link after the sticker is programmed?
Yes, if you choose an Editable NFC Link. The sticker holds a short oadesignmalta.com link, and you choose where it sends people. Change it whenever you like, without touching the sticker.
Will you lock my NFC tags?
No. OA NFC Studio never locks tags, so you can always write them again.
