Choose PDF. It is saved at the exact physical size of your design, for example 85 × 55 mm for a business card, and text, shapes and QR codes stay perfectly sharp. PNG and JPG are saved at 300 ppi for print designs and at the exact pixel size for social media.

Yes. Open Animate in the left bar, choose how each item comes in, moves while it is showing and leaves, and play the preview. Then choose GIF or MP4 in the download window. MP4 videos are made in your browser in HD or Full HD, at 30 or 60 frames a second, without sound. PNG, JPG and PDF downloads are still images of the finished design.

A GIF can show up to 256 colours, so photos and soft gradients are simplified. Choose a larger size for more detail, or download an MP4 video, which keeps smooth colours. Always use the PDF for printing.

Text, photos, line icons, brand logos, country flags, emoji, original stickers, photo frames, device frames, charts, forms, tables, shapes, lines, QR codes and backgrounds. You can also save your own items to My elements on your device and reuse them.

Click any colour box to open the colour picker. Drag in the large colour square and the rainbow strip, or type a HEX, RGB, HSB, HSL, LAB or CMYK value. You can also set the opacity, make linear or radial gradients, pick a colour straight from your design and see matching colour harmonies. Your swatches, gradients and palettes are saved with your Brand Kit on your device.

No. The CMYK values in the colour picker are an approximate guide. Exact print values depend on the printer, the paper and its colour profile, and the files you download use RGB colour. If an exact colour matters, such as a brand colour, tell us when you order and we will check it before printing.

Yes. In the download window, choose Print with OA Design. Our quote form opens with your print-ready PDF already attached, so you only need to add a few details and send it.

Of course. If you have made a simple design and want it to look more professional, our designers can take it from there. Just send it to us on WhatsApp.

Yes. Open Preview to see your design as a round profile picture, in the feed, as a story with the app buttons, or as a cover on desktop and mobile. The preview is approximate and is never part of your download.
